Cultivating Strengths

I had the opportuntiy to take the Clifton Strenghts tests through the mentorship program at Sonoma County Regional Parks. I was grateful for the opportunity to reveal some areas where I excell so that I can continue to cultivate those strenghths as I move forward in my career as an educator and a leader. Below are the 5 strenghths that the test revealed.
